Refund & Cancellation Policy

At India Ayurveda Store our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction & convenience to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, cancellation is divided into the following types depending upon the event of cancellation:

Order Cancellation

You can login to your account on indiaayurvedastore.com and request for cancelling the order before the order is being shipped. Once the order status changes into the shipping stage, this cancelation option won’t be available. A refund will be issued against your order upon your request. Refunds may take 7-14 days after confirmation. Communication of shipping details may be delayed, so receiving shipment confirmation from our side can’t be considered as the time of shipping. For all orders, cancellation will be for the entire order, partial cancellation is not possible.

Product Cancellation (Product return)

Once the product is shipped or delivered to the user, you can request product return from your account on indiaayurvedastore.com under ‘my orders’ section. The seller will arrange pickup of the returning items, but the original shipping charges incurred for sending the product/products to the buyer will not be refunded under any circumstance. Refund will be initiated only after the items are received at the seller’s facility and the seller approves the return. Refunds may take 7-14 days after confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refund’ is defined as the action of giving back the money taken from the customer by SPMT INDIA EXIM through indiaayurvedastore.com

Following situations may arise

  • Item was damaged during the Shipping.
  • Item was defective.
  • Products was / were missing.
  • Wrong item was sent by the Seller.

 

Return could also result in a refund of money in most of the cases. Points to be noted:

  • Sellers can always accept the return irrespective of the policy.
  • If Seller disagrees with a return request, the Buyer will be notified of the precise reason.

 

We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. Buyer needs to raise the refund request within 10 days from the date of payment realization. Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting the seller, while closing the return ticket, seller can accept one of the following:

  • Replace after shipment collection – Seller has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the buyer before replacing it)
  • Refund after shipment collection – Seller has agreed to wait for the logistics team to collect the shipment from the buyer before refunding)
  • Refund without shipment collection – Seller has agreed to refund the buyer without expecting the original shipment back)
  • Replace without shipment collection – Seller has agreed to replace the order without expecting the original shipment back)

 

Shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne and incurred by the Seller.
